My stay at Peponi Hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The breathtaking views from my room and the luxurious feel of the property made my trip special. Peponi is a beautifully relaxing spot on Lamu Island, letting you escape the hustle of nearby towns. I was amazed by the fantastic food and personal service provided by Carol and Kailor, which made my stay feel special. However, my experience with the owner during an earlier visit was less positive, as her demeanor felt dismissive and rushed. Overall, it's a place I'd love to return to for its lovely ambiance and dedicated staff, but I hope any interactions with the owner are more pleasant next time.
